A game has been announced by Future Mark, the company that “used” to make PC benchmarking software like Future Mark 3D Vantage. This did only work on vista, I HOPE that’s not what the game will be limited to, so it doesn’t FAIL. The game has a yet to be confirmed release date. I couldn’t see this coming out any time soon, but definitely keep your eyes peeled! Read on for tons more information on the game.
The game Shattered Horizon is a multiplayer first-person shooter with unique freedom of movement and realistic zero gravity combat.
Background game info
Man is back on the Moon and the companies that took him there are reaping huge profits. Their greed soon leads to the largest mining accident in history, when overexploitation of a risky new technique called Incite Mining leads to a catastrophe of unprecedented scale. An explosion throws billions of tons of rocky debris into near-Earth space, its aftershocks threatening to tear apart the Moon itself.
Fragments of the Moon settle around the Earth and become known as the Arc, named after the dramatic shape they draw across the night sky. With Earth surrounded by debris there’s little chance of rescue or return for the thousands of people stranded in space.
The International Space Agency’s astronauts and scientists trapped in the battered International Space Station are given the task of apprehending those responsible for the catastrophe. Weapons are among the last supplies sent to the station before the supply route from Earth is cut.
The Moon Mining Cooperative finds itself facing serious charges after only barely surviving the cataclysm. Cut off from Earth, they see independence and self-sufficiency as their only possible future and the ISA as a threat to their existence.
The two sides are drawn into an armed conflict. Desperate battles are fought over strategic locations and the scant supplies from Earth that make it through the shroud of debris. Control of the Arc now means the difference between survival and death in the cold of space.

The trailer was released today first (i think) over at game trailers.

Crysis Warhead is coming up close, just over a month away from release on the 26/09/2008,
Here is a current full list of features that Crysis Warhead contains, including AUTO MAP Downloads, and patching system. Its what i am looking forward to most on this list.
12 new maps (Five maps were previously releases as free downloadable, 7 never before seen).
New vehicles and weapons.
Auto map downloads and patching system.
Crysis Warhead is retailing very cheap, about £18 thats a great price for a stand alone game. (you won’t need vanilla crysis to play this) Although if you are going to go for Crysis Warhead you should at least know the story or have played original Crysis. Crysis Warhead had said to be optimized for a PC worth just $600 so cheaper than ever more optimized than ever, great graphics, great improvements!
I know I’m sold.

A new game published by Codemaster’s just soon after releasing their Racing game Racedriver: GRID.
Rise of the Argonauts is said to be released this fall 2008. It is NOT an MMORPG and there has been no announcement of multiplayer action. The game will be released for PC ( Games For Windows ), XBOX 360 and PS3.

In Rise of the Argonauts, taking place in a Greek era, you take on the role of Jason, King of Iolcus he is a powerful warrior with great abilities. The tale goes, Jason looses his Wife to be on their wedding day, killed by a arrow of an assassin.
Rise of the argonauts claims to bring revolutionary dialog, a breakthrough in real-time combat systems, visual character leveling and inventory management in real-time.
You will be up against Greek Mythological foes, beasts and fighting alongside Legend’s such as Hercules.
Do you remember completing Crysis then wanting to fight some more alien entities, as the last words were something along the lines as, we are going back to the island.
Well we have good news, Crysis 2 or Crysis Warhead has been announced. So it looks like our wishes to eliminate some more alien have come true.

In Crysis Warhead you will follow the role of SGT. Psycho Sykes on the other side of the island, from where ‘Crysis one’ began. So it doesn’t look like you’ll be going on to the next part of the story just yet, but instead reenacting what happened to Psycho whilst Nomad wasn’t there.
Most probably the last, Crysis 3, will be both Nomad and Psycho which means…. Co-operative play?! Co-op is a great feature and should be introduced! Even if its in the last game.
Crysis Warhead is said to bring more weapons, vehicles, and multiplayer content. Whilst this is all great news and Crysis Warhead is coming up in September 2008!
We were looking forward to Patch v1.3 for Crysis, but as we found out they had to cancel the patch. This is the message that we had from the Crysis Team, explaining why they had to cancel patch 1.3.
As you know, it was a very hard decision for us to cancel Patch 1.3, but in the end it was important we shift our focus to some of the new and exciting things we are doing with Crysis Warhead. We have a lot of great content planned for the community and as we get closer to launch, we’ll be sharing a lot of details of what we are working on behind the scenes. This was the main reason behind the cancellation of the patch and while piracy was and continues to be an issue with Crysis, it did not have any role in our decision to cancel this patch.
We also want to make sure you all know that we are not ending our support of Crysis. We still have www.crymod.com, our official modding portal, up and running – a great meeting place not only for modders, but also for all who are interested in playing new, custom content. In addition we have plans to continue updating the CryENGINE2 documentation and video tutorials frequently.
And of course, your dedicated community management teams are still here and active in our official forums and fansite forums.
The important point is that we are not giving up on our current community and we hope that the announcement today pleased you. Stay tuned for more information on Crysis Warhead… there is a lot more to come!
Anyway Crysis Warhead will be ran on the well known CryEngine 2 with modifications and improvements. So we know what we’re in for when we ask what graphical capabilities and requirements the game has.
Over at Game Trailers they are having a GRID Exclusive Week before it is released.
A trailer for grid will be released everyday because soon the game will arrive for us to buy (Release Date: June 13, 2008) Friday the 13th!! let’s hope its a good one.
